Mr Lin came to our shop needing assist with his iPad Air 1. It can be observed that the touch panel of the device got cracked. The screen comes in two parts which are Touch Panel and LCD Display. Touch Panel responsibles to detect the signal of the touch. As for the purpose of LCD Display is to display image to the screen. Our technician told him that it will take one day to replace the iPad Air 1 touch panel. He agreed to it and said he will come back tomorrow to collect. Our technician proceed with the Touch Panel replacement and also make sure there is no other problem with other parts as well. As he came the next day, He was glad that his iPad can be used back to normal. He gave a humble gratitude and appreciation for the service and expertise we provided for him.
