Our customer was having a problem with the battery of Oppo R9S. He claimed that the battery started to feel drain and required our help to replace the battery. Our technician checked the phone and managed to changed the battery of the phone within 30 minutes to 1 hour. After the battery replacement, our technician checked the phone again and ensure that the battery was in good condition before gave it back to the customer. Our customer was very glad that his phone can be used again like normal.
