Our customer came to our shop needing assistant to replaced the ear speaker of the iPhone 8 Plus. For your information, ear speaker comes alongside with the front camera flex ribbon cable and if the ear speaker has a problem, the front camera also has to be replaced. Our technician checked the phone before replaced the front camera. After that, we told him the process will take 15 – 30 minutes of replacement and our customer agreed with it and stay in our shop waiting for it to be replaced. After the technician replaced the front camera, he tested the ear speaker and front camera to ensured it works perfectly fine. We gave the phone back to the customer and he was glad to have the phone back with the working ear speaker. He thanked us for replaced the ear speaker.
