iPhone 7 Plus Microphone Problem Motherboard Repair At iPro Ampang

A customer contacted us through Whatsapp and told us regarding his problem with his iPhone 7 Plus microphone. This problem maybe caused by the microphone hardware or the motherboard. We told him the possible causes of this problem and gave him an appointment slot. As per his appointment, he came on time and our technician inspected his iPhone. Our technician replace the microphone and yet the problem still persist. We told him we needed to inspect the motherboard for further diagnose. He agreed with our suggestion and agreed to left his iPhone with us. Our technician continued to inspect his iPhone’s motherboard and found out that the problem was caused by the audio ic. Audio ic is placed on the motherboard and it is responsible for receiving any audio from the user. We completed the audio ic replacement within the same day and asked the customer to collect his iPhone. He came on the next day and he was thrilled to see his iPhone was able to record again.
