Howdy, as we are currently facing the global pandemic there are some preventive measures that need to be taken. Mr Halim came to our shop with his iPhone 11 Pro Max that has a problem with face ID detection. He contacted us through Whatsapp informing us regarding the problem he’s facing and managed to get an appointment slot with our technician. He told us that he went to the Apple centre and they could not help him because the 1 year warranty has just finished. This leaves him no choice but to perform a third party repair on his iPhone. Our technician inspected his iPhone and found out that the problem is related to motherboard.

Any repair involving the motherboard will require at least 3 working days to be completed. Repairing a motherboard is a delicate procedure and we do not want to rush a simple repair procedure into any problem in the future. He left his iPhone at our shop and we managed to complete the repair within 3 days as we promised. Turns out that his iPhone had short-circuited on one of the capasitors and our technician managed to replace the capasitor successfully.
