Battery becomes swollen on Huawei P10
For today, our technician received Huawei P10 that claimed to be an issue with the battery. The customer claimed and showed us the battery got bloated and needed to be replaced. For smartphone user, do not overcharge your phone and using it while doing so. It does not just cause harm to the battery of the phone but it will also give high chances to damage the motherboard.
If the motherboard gets damage, the cost to repair it is very high and it depends on the type of damage on the motherboard. The greater the damage, the higher the price it would be. Our technician took 30 minutes to 1 hour of replacement including testing the battery.
In conclusion, the process went great and we gave the phone back to our customer. Our customer was glad to had his battery phone replaced. He thanked us for the replacement. We would like to give a big appreciation for our customer that chose to repair with us.
