iPad Air 2 Stuck Headphone Mode Repair In Kuala Lumpur

Ms. Alina came to our shop with her iPad Air 2 that is stuck in headphone mode. Headphone mode will reroute all audio to an external audio source. She was very frustrated with the battery as well because of the draining issue. Our technician inspected the iPad as per our standard operating procedure.
