iPad Mini 1 Screen Crack 30 Days Warranty Repair At iPro Ampang

A customer came to our shop needing assistance with repair for his iPad Mini 1. He contacted us through Whatsapp and provided us all the neccessary details regarding the problem he was facing. After making an appointment, he came on time to repair his iPad Mini 1. The problem was the related with the screen because the screen is cracked. The screen comes in two parts which are Touch Panel and LCD Display. Touch Panel responsibles to detect the signal of the touch. As for the purpose of LCD Display is to display image to the screen. Our technician told him that it will take few hours to replace the iPad Mini 1 touch panel. He agreed to it and said he will come back later to collect. Our technician proceed with the Touch Panel replacement and also make sure there is no other problem with other parts as well.
