Mr Richard Dame came into our shop with his iPhone 6s battery bloating. He said that he’s been using this phone for over more than 3 years now. He loves his iPhone 6S so much as it is a gift from Christmas Eve. Our technician inspected his phone and told him that to not overcharge the phone. Overcharging any smartphone can cause damage to the battery and will make the battery to drain and bloated. Our technician suggested to use Yoobao battery as the capacity is larger than the original battery. It also comes with 18 months of warranty than original battery that comes with 12 months of warranty. Mr Richard agreed to use Yoobao battery due to the fact it gives more advantage for him for daily use. Our technician took 15 minutes to change the battery. Mr Richard were happy that he can use his iPhone 6S back as usual. He gave us a humble gratitude and appreciation for the service we gave him.
