iPhone 6s Motherboard Repair At iPro Ampang

Mr Lau came to our shop with his iPhone 6s that has been dropped in water recently. As per our standard operating procedure, devices with water damage issues go through chemical cleaning process. Cleaning a device motherboard with chemical substance will eliminate any presence of water but if the water has already damage the device, the damage is still there. After completing the chemical wash, our technician inspected his iPhone. Sadly, his iPhone wasn’t able to be turned on. After inspecting his iPhone’s motherboard, we found out that there was a capacitor which is short circuited. Repairing motherboard takes some time because it requires extra precaution to repair any parts related to motherboard. We contacted asking him to come and collect his iPhone as soon as his iPhone has been repaired. He was so glad that we were able to repair his iPhone and manage to keep all the data.
