iPhone 7 Touch ID Problem Repair At iPro Ampang

Our customer came to our shop needing assistance on the touch ID setup. She contacted us through Whatsapp and managed to book an appointment with our technician. She told us that the touch ID were unable to used and she does not know the cause of the problem. Most cases related to touch ID is unfixable, but the cause of the problem was still unsure at the moment. Our technician took an inspection and found out that the backlight connector of the iPhone 7 were ripped off. Our technician replace the backlight connector within 30 minutes. After the replacement, our technician gave it a test to ensure that the 3D touch is functioning. Once everything is fine, our technician gave it back to the customer. She was really glad to be able to use her touch ID again and she thanked us endlessly.
