iPhone X Cannot On Motherboard Repair In Kuala Lumpur

Mr. Ramli came to our shop with his iPhone X that cannot be turned on. The source of the problem was unknown and he would like us to find it out. Firstly, we inspected the device’s components and did not find any problem. Second, we inspected the motherboard and found out that there was shorting on capacitor IC. The capacitor IC was shorted to the ground which it was not supposed to be. Next, we heated around the IC area and removed the IC carefully. The process of replacing any IC on the motherboard is tricky and risky. Then, we replaced the capacitor IC and reassembled the device. We ran few tests regarding the replacement we have made. The device was performing normally and we returned the device to him. He was really glad that we were able to find the source of the problem and fix it.
