iPhone Xs Cannot On Motherboard Repair In Kuala Lumpur

Ms. Zahirah came to our shop with an iPhone Xs that cannot be turned on. The problem was unknown and she wanted us to find the source of the problem. Firstly, we inspect all the components and did not find any problem. Second, we inspected the motherboard carefully and delicately. We were able to find an IC was cracked which is the blue IC in the picture. It was the wireless charging IC and needed to be replaced. Next, we replaced the IC as you can see in the picture. After that, we reassembled and tested all function of the device. Everything was working perfectly and we contacted her to collect the device.
