Redmi Note 3 Power Button And Battery Replacement At KL

A customer came to our shop with his Redmi Note 3 that cannot be turned on. He told us that the problem started since he noticed that he cannot use his power button. In short, he told us he was unable to turn on his phone because of the power button. After he passed his phone to our technician, our technician inspected his phone. We found out that the phone was unable to turn on and there was no current input to the phone. We can conclude that the battery was working and there was 2 problems with his phone. The problem is the battery and power button was not working. We told him regarding the problem and gave him the price quotation. He agreed to it and asked us to order the parts for his phone. After the parts came to our shop, we contacted him to come and repair his phone at our shop. He came to our shop after we contacted him and our technician proceeded to repair his phone. The repair process took our technician around 2 hours and everything went perfectly fine. He was glad to see his phone was able to be turned on again. He thanked us endlessly and went home with a smile on his face.
