Ms. Jamey came to our shop with her iPhone 12 Pro Max. The problem was that her iPhone cannot turn on suddenly, and she had no clue what caused it. She wanted us to restore iPhone cannot on problem back to its normal state. We passed the iPhone to our technician and began the repair iPhone cannot on process. Firstly, our technician dissembled the iPhone and removed the battery connector. Secondly, we tested all the internal components, but no problem was found.
Our technician moved on to inspect the motherboard for any issues. The iPhone motherboard was malfunctioning; specifically, a capacitor on the motherboard was not working. We informed her about the motherboard problem, and she insisted we repair iPhone cannot on issue ASAP. Thirdly, the motherboard was heated in the capacitor area, and the capacitor was gently removed. Subsequently, A new capacitor was placed on the motherboard, completing the iPhone motherboard repair. Next, the motherboard was placed back into the iPhone, and it was turned on for full testing. The iPhone turned on normally, and no problems were found. Lastly, we were able to restore iPhone cannot on issue within 1 hour and returned the iPhone back to her. In conclusion, we are able to repair iPhone cannot on problem within an hour, even if it is motherboard related.
